Sea to Shore - Glenelg Seafood Festival

Sea to Shore Glenelg Seafood Festival is a weekend-long event showcasing South Australia’s finest seafood at one of the state’s favourite coastal destinations.

Festival ambassador Chef Laura Sharrad curated the 2024 festival, which saw delicious, fresh seafood dishes created by respected South Australian chefs paired with local wine and gin.

It was an amazing weekend of oyster shucking, prawn peeling, salmon searing, sashimi slicing, and much more. The demonstration kitchen was a huge success giving guests the chance to see live cooking demonstrations and hear from a variety of producers.
